This means you can use Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes, as long as you comply with these Terms. autoblogger.cloud may use Content to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. You are responsible for ensuring that Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
(b) Similarity of Content:

Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users, and the Services may generate the same or similar output for autoblogger.cloud or a third party. Responses that are requested by and generated for other users are not considered your Content.
(c) Use of Content to Improve Services:

We do not use Content that you provide to develop or improve our Services. However, we may use Content from Services other than our API to help develop and improve our Services.
(d) Accuracy:

• Artificial intelligence and machine learning are evolving fields. autoblogger.cloud continuously works to improve the accuracy of its Services. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may sometimes result in incorrect Output. You should assess the accuracy of any Output for your specific use case, including using human review.

Fees and Payments

(a) Fees and Billing:

You will pay all Fees charged to your account according to the prices and terms on the applicable pricing page or as otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or mistakes even after issuing an invoice or receiving payment. You must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid and authorized payment method. We will charge your payment method periodically, but we may reasonably change the posting date. By using autoblogger.cloud, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor(s) to charge your payment method for the Fees. In case of payment failure, we will provide written notice and may suspend access to the Services until payment is received. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars and are due upon invoice issuance. Payments are generally nonrefundable, except as provided in this Agreement.
(b) Taxes:

Unless stated otherwise, Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on our net income. We may invoice you for such Taxes, and you agree to pay them timely and provide required documentation.
(c) Price Changes:

We may change our prices by posting notice to your account and/or our website. Price increases will be effective after a notice period, except for certain circumstances. Any price changes will apply to the Fees charged to your account immediately after the effective date.
(d) Disputes and Late Payments:

If you wish to dispute any Fees or Taxes, please contact us within 30 days of the disputed invoice. Undisputed amounts past due may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% of the unpaid balance per month. We may suspend your access to the Services for late payments after providing written notice.
(e) Free Tier:

• You may not create more than one account to benefit from credits provided in the free tier of the Services. If we believe you are not using the free tier in good faith, we may charge you standard fees or stop providing access to the Services.

Confidentiality, Security, and Data Protection

(a) Confidentiality:

You may have access to Confidential Information of autoblogger.cloud, its affiliates, or other third parties. You must use Confidential Information only as necessary to use the Services as permitted under these Terms. Do not disclose Confidential Information to third parties, and protect it as you would your own confidential information. Confidential Information includes nonpublic information designated as confidential or reasonably considered confidential, excluding certain exceptions.
(b) Security:

Implement reasonable measures to secure your access to and use of the Services. If you discover vulnerabilities or breaches related to your use of the Services, promptly contact autoblogger.cloud and provide details.
(c) Processing of Personal Data:

• If you use the Services to process personal data, comply with applicable privacy notices and obtain necessary consents. Represent that you process such data in accordance with applicable law.

Term and Termination

(a) Termination; Suspension:

These Terms are effective upon your first use of the Services and continue until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason by discontinuing the use of the Services. autoblogger.cloud may terminate these Terms for various reasons, including material breaches, changes in relationships with third-party technology providers, or compliance with law. We may suspend your access to the Services for non-compliance, security risks, fraud suspicion, or other reasons.
(b) Effect on Termination:

• Upon termination, stop using the Services and return or destroy any Confidential Information as instructed by us. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination.

Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations on Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” autoblogger.cloud AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free Services or secure Content.
(c) Limitations of Liability:

• autoblogger.cloud, its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service within the 12 months before the liability arose or one hundred dollars ($100).

(c) Jurisdiction, Venue, and Choice of Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

(d) Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and autoblogger.cloud regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
